Your referral reward should appear in your account within 24 hours of your referral link being used to make a first time purchase. If your reward does not appear in your account within 24 hours, it's possible that the link was used incorrectly, or an unexpected system error occurred. 

If you are experiencing issues with your referral link or have yet to receive your reward after 24 hours, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know the name of the person you referred (for the order number), as well as your preferred flavor and shipping address, and we’ll take it from there.
