When should my referral reward appear in my account?

It should appear within 24 hours of purchase. If it does not appear, then it's possible the link wasn't used correctly, or it's a system error. Don't worry, we get that these things happen, and we are here to help. Email us at [email protected] with "Referral Reward" in the subject line, or connect with us via chat (available (M-F, 9am-3pm EST). Let us know the name of the person you referred (for order verification), as well as your preferred flavor and shipping address, and we can take it from there. 

I referred a friend but I don't see my reward in my account!

Your reward should appear within 24 hours of purchase. If it does not appear, then it's possible the link wasn't used correctly, or it's a system error. We will honor the reward. Simply let us know the name, order number or email address of the friend that purchased so we can verify the purchase, which flavor you'd like for your reward, and the best shipping address--we will take care of the rest!
