How do I update or change my payment method?Updated 20 days ago

To update your credit card or debit card information, you’ll first log into your account, and go to "Manage my subscriptions." Select the subscription with the payment method you wish to update and click “Edit” next to the last 4 numbers of the card on file. See the image below:

From there, you will be prompted to update your billing address. If all of the information is current, and only the card number needs to be updated, you’ll scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Edit Card”. Please see below:

This will bring you to the "Card on File" page. This is where you will update your credit card via Shopify. To initiate this process, click “Return to billing information.” Please see below:

This will take you to your Payment Methods page. Click “Edit”.

This will generate a pop-up window, prompting you to “Send Update Email” from Shopify. 

Be sure to check Spam Folders if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes. Once received, simply follow the steps in the email to complete the process of updating your payment information.
