How do I log in? Just enter your email, and we’ll send you a one-time passcode to access your account. The code is temporary and expires after 15 minutes for your security. If you have a Google account with the same email address you use to order LMNT, you can log in with that to completely skip the one-time passcode.

Didn’t get the email? Please clear your browser's cache and request a new code — you might also take a quick look in your spam or junk folder, since emails sometimes end up there by mistake.

Still having trouble? If you're still not getting the email, contact us via chat (online 9am-9pm EST, Monday-Friday) or email us describing the issue including these details:

  1. Which method you're using to log in (direct email address, Shop Pay, or Google)
  2. The email address you're trying to sign in with
  3. What device and browser you're using
  4. The approximate day & time you tried to log in
