You can reset your account password by requesting a Reset Password link. Just enter the email associated with your account and click “Request Reset Link”. We’ll then send you an email with a link to reset your password (as long as an account is associated with the email provided) and viola! Your password is reset! 

Didn’t get the email? We recommend checking your spam or junk folders to make sure the email wasn’t sent there by accident. You can also try searching for your account activation email by searching for “[email protected]” in your inbox. 

If you are unable to locate your account activation email, it’s possible that a different email was used to create the account, or that the email was incorrect at the time the account was created.
